• AI-powered product data optimization
• Agentic Commerce Protocol (ACP) compliance
• Multi-platform distribution to AI ecosystems
• Analytics and performance tracking
• API access and integration tools

2. User Accounts and Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Suspend services for security or legal reasons
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feediator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to services will be suspended
• You may export your data within 30 days
• We will delete your data according to our retention policy
• Outstanding fees remain due and payable

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
